Q: How is the artwork created:
A: At petspersonalizedpro.com , every order is created by our in-house artists. We digitally re-create your pet in a cool, funky, pop art that makes your pet really POP!

Update: We now do several styles of digital artwork, not just pop art. Please see all our styles on our homepage.

Q: How long for my artwork to be created?
A: Our artists' complete your personal pet design in 3 business days. 

Q: Is Pets Personalized Pro just for animals? Can you do humans also?
A: We can create pretty much anything, if you have a custom request please send an email to petspresonalizedpro@gmail.com or use our contact us form.

Q: Will my photo work? What types of photos work the best?
A: For best results, we recommend taking or finding a picture that is close up to your pet.  Images taken at eye level of your pet in bright lighting will make for the best results

Q: Will I be kept updates about my order
A: 100% yes, any time we take an action on your order you will be emailed about it, that goes for shipping tracking etc. We want you to come back to us and tell your friends about us. Your 100% satisfaction is all we care about! :-)

Q: Can I review the artwork before you go to print?
A: Absolutely. We will not go to print without your 100% approval. We will make revisions until you are fully happy with the design. (up to 5 revisions)

Q: What if I really do not like the design?
A: We want you to LOVE your proof.  We are confident we can create you a proof that you will love, or your money back! No hidden fees.  (Refunds only valid before you approve and finalize your artwork)

Q: How long does it take for you to make a revision on my artwork if I request it?
A: Revisions are completed within 2 business days

Q: Whats is the printing process?
A: Apparel products are digitally printed with state of the art printing machines. We do not screen print our apparel.

Q: How we print our apparel products?
A: Apparel products are digitally printed with state of the art printing machines. We do not screen print our apparel.

Q: Can I feel the ink on my shirt?
A: Because we print digitally, you cannot feel the ink on your shirt.

Q: How do the apparel products fit?
A: The majority of our apparel products are slim fitted. Every product has a size chart that will help you better decide your size.

Q: Are there other options besides white shirts?
A: At the moment we only offer white garments.

Q: How should I wash/dry my shirt?
A: We recommend cold water and hang drying to reduce slight shrinking.

Wall Art Products

Q: What is the difference between Canvases and Acrylics?
A: Canvases- Our canvases are printed on woven fabric with a glossy finish then stretched, wrapped, attached to a wood frame.

A: Acrylics- Our acrylic prints are created by printing onto photographic paper and sandwiching between two sheets of acrylic. This adds a glossy, protective layer that creates a stunning effect on your pop art.

Q: Are the canvases a glossy or matte finish?
A: We supply both depending on your requirements.

Q: Are the canvases wrapped/stretched?
A: Yes, every canvas product is stretched, wrapped, and stapled on a wood frame.

Packaging/Billing

Q: Is there billing/invoices included in the package?
A: Invoices are included, however no billing information or pricing is included on the invoice

Q: What currency do you use?
A: We use GBP and USD


Production & Shipping

Q: When will my order be printed?
A: Production Times: All products are printed within 4-5 business days after proof is approved by you.
*Production times can be longer during holiday seasons due to increased load of production*

Q: How long will it take for my order to arrive?
A: Domestic (UK/USA mainland) - 3-7 Business Days after dispatch

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes we do! All of our apparel products ship internationally (We do not ship ceramics Internationally) 

Policies

Q: What is your return policy?
A: Due to the custom nature of our personalized products, we do not offer returns. For general merchandise we offer a 30 days return policy. If you item is damaged or stops working for whatever reason please contact us within this timeframe after you receive your goods and request a returns RMA number.

What is your refund policy?

If for any reason you do not like your artwork proof and do not wish to approve and finalize your order, a full refund will be given. However, if your artwork and order is approved and finalized, a refund will not be given due to the customized nature of our products.

  • Additionally* - Once a purchase has been made, there is a 10 business day window for communication for refunds. If no response is given within 10 business days, refunds will no longer be permitted.

Q: How do gift cards work?
A: Our gift cards or electronic. This means there is no physical gift card shipped. Instead, a unique code will be emailed to purchaser of the gift card.

Coloration Disclaimer

We have made every effort to make the colours on screen as close as possible to the colors of the finished products you’ll receive.

However, we cannot guarantee an EXACT match in colors from the screen with in person products. The representation of colors, and textures are limited by technology and may vary due to screen and printer settings.

Customs Disclaimer

  • Pets Personalized Pro does not cover any customs or duty fees that subject to International Orders. Customs may hold your Pets Personalized Pro package for various reasons, communication with them is advised.

P.O. Box/APO Disclaimer

  • Due to our shipping methods/providers, we are unable to ship to P.0. boxes and APO's.

Shipping Delivery Disclaimer

  • If your order is marked as "Delivered" We unfortunately can not offer a refund or replacement. We recommend reaching out to the shipping carrier who made the delivery.
